This almost 40 old Spanish house had been empty for several years. Kitchen and bathrooms needed a complete overhaul, but the general structure of the house and the floors where in good condition.

The kitchen was opened towards the dining / lounge area and the entire ground floor turned into an open plan area with different zones.

A wooden deck was added on the West side and is used as "al fresco dining area" with direct access from kitchen and lounge.

The courtyard on the South/East side received a built-in outdoor lounge and is used for siesta and fiesta.
